ABOUT US
The Bell-Knox-Whitley Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy is a policy board created to promote the reduction of alcohol, tobacco and other drug use through the implementation of comprehensive research based strategies.

The Board meets digitally monthly on the third Thursday at 1 pm. In person meetings usually occur once in fall and spring. Contact us for details.

Commonwealth of healthy communities, free of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug abuse and related consequences.
MISSION
To develop long-term strategies designed to reduce youth and adult tobacco addiction, reduce the incidence of substance abuse, and promote effective treatment of substance abuse in Bell, Knox and Whitley counties.

The Bell-Knox-Whitley Kentucky Agency for Substance Abuse Policy Local Board purchased pencils for test taking in the 9 high schools and three colleges within our three-county area. You will see this slogan used throughout our counties in the upcoming months.
